HOW LONG DOES YOUR PROCESSING TAKE?

online photo galleries and digital files are typically ready within 4-6 weeks of the 
wedding date and about 1 week for portraits (depending on season and our current work load). feature films are typically ready within 2-3 months of the wedding date. upon final approval of album designs most are delivered within 2 weeks. we give every effort to exceed these expectations and deliver sooner.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?
 
from a typical 8 hour wedding you should expect no less then 600 images, usually the number is much higher. from a typical portrait session you will have your choice of no less than 50 images, but again that number is usually higher.

all images and films are uploaded to the your own personal space in the cloud with password protected galleries. hi-res downloads are provided at no extra fee for wedding collections and archival prints are available to order through our professional lab.

ARE YOU INSURED AND 
DO YOU HAVE BACKUP PHOTOGRAPHERS?

yes to both. we are fully insured for your protection as well as ours. we are very close with many well qualified photographers that we can confidently reach out to in case of an emergency.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE?

sure you can!! we are happy to put together a package that better meets your needs, don’t be afraid to ask. we want to make each and every couple happy & fully understand that all weddings are unique.

WE’RE READY TO BOOK, WHAT’S NEXT?

fantastic! if you are booking a wedding collection, we require a signed contract and a retainer fee of 50%. the remaining balance is due one week prior to your wedding date. if you are booking a portrait collection, we require a signed contract and the entire fee at booking.

DO YOU RETURN THE RETAINER IF THE WEDDING IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED?

to guarantee that we have reserved the requested date exclusively for you, once you’ve signed the contract and submitted your retainer, we turn down all other commissions for that date...so the retainer is non-refundable. if for some reason you've changed your date or location, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange our schedule accordingly.
